Paulina McGrath is President and one of two shareholders of Republic State Mortgage Co. She has been with Republic since 1999. During that time, Republic has grown from two locations and in 2003 Republic was a recipient of the Inc 500 Award from Inc. Magazine.
In 2007, Paulina was awarded the James Wooten Scholarship for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association to represent Texas in the MBAs Future Mortgage Leaders class of 2007. Paulina currently serves on the Board of Directors of Community Mortgage Lenders of America, the Board of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Associations, and the Board of Trustess of The Womens Fund.
Prior to joining Republic, Paulina worked in commerical real estate in Houston and for two different international organizations in Washington, D.C. She has a Master of Arts from The Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University. She is a founding member of the TUTS Leading Ladies and is an active member of the St. Vincent de Paul Parish and Catholic School. Paulina resides in Houston with her husband, Jim, their two daughters, Anna and Caragh, and their son, Jack.
